Returns and refunds

Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless damaged. Refunds for prepaid orders are sent to the original UPI ID within 5–7 working days.
