• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claims.
• The product should be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

• After verification, we will provide a replacement if the same product is available.
